Charlene Wilson is the founder of Wilson Coaching and co-founder for Cross Cultural Competencies and International Business, an organization that designs curriculum for cross-cultural communication and inner-group peace, facilitates workshops, forums, and panel discussions toward the goal of effective group cohesion, and assists in the marketing, directing, and operating systems within organizations.

Ms. Wilson received her Master of Education Administration and Leadership from the University of the Pacific, Stockton, CA and her BA from from University of the Pacific in Sociology. She received her Grant Writing certification from Research Associates in North Carolina.

Ms. Wilson also works as a Generational Coach in identity development and youth leadership with The Williams Group of San Clemente, California, a small and highly specialized firm with resources to respond to families with net worth in excess of $20 million.

Previously, Ms. Wilson has worked as program director of the Anderson Y Center of Stockton, CA and with other institutions and organizations such as the Public Health of San Joaguin County, Tutor Resource Collaborative, and University of the Pacific.
